By creating an account, booking a class, or confirming through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following policies. “Studio” refers to LAGREE CEBU, and “Client” refers to you.

ATTIRE

Clients must wear proper gym attire, including grip socks during all classes. Grip socks may be purchased at the Studio.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

All session(s) must be paid in advance. Payments should only be made through the Studio’s official website. The Studio accepts debit cards, credit cards, and GCash.

All payments are final and are not eligible for exchange, transfer, or refund.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of Megaformers, a 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

– Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class will result in the class credits being considered used.

– If cancellations are made at least 12 hours prior to the class, credits will be returned to the Client’s account.

SCHEDULES

Class schedules and instructor line-ups are available on the Studio’s official website. These may change without prior notice.

For First-Time Clients

First-timers are welcome to participate in group sessions but must arrive at least 15 minutes before the class for a Megaformer briefing.

First-timers who arrive after the class has started may not be allowed to join to avoid disruption.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period from the start of class.

Doors will be closed 10 minutes after the class begins. Late arrivals will still result in the deduction of class credits.

WAITLIST POLICY

Clients may join the waitlist if a class is full.

– A notification will be sent once a slot is available.

– No credits will be deducted if a slot is not secured.

– Once a slot is confirmed, the 12-hour cancellation policy automatically applies.

– Clients are encouraged to remove themselves from the waitlist if they no longer intend to join to avoid automatic enrollment and deduction of credits.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Clients are expected to maintain proper studio etiquette at all times:

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class for check-in.
Wear clean workout attire and grip socks as required.
Keep mobile phones silenced or turned off during class.
Avoid disruptive behavior or loud conversations.
Follow the instructor’s guidance and all safety policies.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Clients may take photos/videos of their fitness journey, provided it is done respectfully and does not disrupt classes or compromise the privacy of other clients.

All published media must reflect the Studio’s values.

Negative, misleading, or defamatory content is not permitted.

LAGREE CEBU reserves the right to request removal of any content that violates these standards.

DATA PRIVACY

The Studio is committed to protecting all personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Personal data will only be used for class scheduling, membership management, and Studio communications.

Photos & Recordings

By agreeing to these policies, the Client consents to be photographed or recorded for promotional materials on the Studio’s official social media platforms, provided explicit consent is requested before any specific promotional usage.

SAFETY NOTICES

The facility is equipped with 24-hour recorded video surveillance, retained in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and applicable guidelines.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

By agreeing, the Client warrants that he/she is of legal age and fully capable of entering into this Agreement.

– Individuals under 14 years old are not allowed to participate.

– Clients aged 14–15 may join only with a parent or authorized guardian physically present.

– Clients aged 16–17 may join without a guardian present, provided they submit a notarized waiver signed by their parent/guardian.

CLIENT DECLARATION

By booking a class or agreeing to this policy, you confirm that:

– You have read and understood all Studio policies.

– You agree to comply with all guidelines, safety rules, and policies stated herein.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that prevents safe participation in the classes. I understand the inherent risks of injury associated with exercise and Studio activities.

I agree that participation is entirely at my own risk and responsibility.

I hereby release and hold harmless LAGREE CEBU, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability related to injury, loss, damage, or accidents that may occur.

For Clients 16–17 Years Old:

A notarized waiver signed by the parent or guardian must be submitted and kept on file.

For Clients 14–15 Years Old:

A parent or authorized guardian must be physically present during the session.
